Paul has been in mortgage loan origination since 1983 and prior to that was a financial analyst with Dun & Bradstreet and Lockheed.

With a B.A. Degree in Economics from Dartmouth College, Paul feels prepared to advise clients on the most advantageous path to loan approval at the best rate. “I really enjoy working in a field where I can help borrowers with such a significant financial event in their lives”, says Paul.

Memberships include The Brunswick- Glynn County Board of Realtors, St. Simons Rotary Club, Brunswick Glynn County Chamber of Commerce and the Ivy League Club of The Golden Isles.

Paul has 2 sons, Paul (Chad) and Andrew. Paul (Chad) graduated from Presbyterian College, majoring in both Physics and Math, received his PhD in Physics at Auburn, and an additional Masters in Quantitative and Computational Science at GA Tech. Andrew received his Undergraduate and Masters in Computer Science at Georgia Southern University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Computer Science at Augusta University.

LuV was born in the Golden Isles and as the daughter of a military officer, honor, integrity, and dedication were just some of the attributes instilled into her character. Lori is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida who found her way to the Brunswick/St. Simons Island area in 2006 by way of Atlanta. She earned her Associate’s degree at Valencia Community College in Orlando and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Lori hails from a military and law enforcement family. She was raised with honesty and integrity, treating others with respect and value. Her mother was a stay at home mom, who later managed the office of a CPA. Her father is a US Army Veteran who served honorably in the field in the Vietnam War and was later stationed in Manheim, Germany. Upon his return, he enjoyed a lifetime career in the police force and has since recently retired. Her brother is currently a police officer in Palm Springs, FL, serving as K-9 unit and now community policing.

After working in retail banking for eight years, Lori entered into the mortgage world in 1998 as a Loan Processor for two years before her career as a Loan Originator began in 2000. She recently took some time off to start a family, having a beautiful daughter in April 2017, and after two years, she is now back with full force at Somerset Mortgage, helping clients with purchase and refinance transactions.
